Posh soap.

Boiling hot day in London today, especially for me in my doggie fur coat.

We went to Shoredtich. A district in East London. A few years ago this was mega trendy, now it's more commercial, but still pretty cool.

We had a wander round and kept popping into air conditioned stores to cool off. One such store was Aesop. It had nice wooden flooring which was very cooling to lay on.

Turns out this Aesop store is a soap specialist. My owners seemed to love it. They kept washing their hands with different soaps. Maybe they just wanted to cool off by putting their hands under cold water....

When the guy who ran the store saw me, he raced across to the shelf to show me (and my owner who wasn't washing her hands), a special doggie shampoo...

I just felt too hot to care too much if I'm honest. Plus, I hate getting bathed.  Why couldn't we go somewhere to buy me some edible treats instead?

At least I did get a drink here. Quite handy (and unusual) to find water taps in a store.

A nice pit stop. Would recommend other pooches check this place out; if you want your owners to splurge on soap/shampoo for themselves or for you...

Time of visit: July 2014
